1General Terms

3Age Verification & KYC

GoldRush strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 18. Identity verification (KYC) is required to process withdrawals or transactions above a specified amount.

8Account Suspension & Closure

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended period of account inactivity.
