Registration & Account

Signing up on GoldRush is quick and straightforward. On the Registration page Enter your full name, mobile number, email address, and a strong password. Provide your date of birth (you must be 18 or older), agree to the terms and conditions, and click "Register". The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

GoldRush is strictly for users aged 18 and above. You'll need to provide your date of birth at registration, and identity verification may be required later. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed.

Each person may only open one GoldRush account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number or device is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

Once registration is complete, a verification code will be sent to your mobile or email. Use it to confirm your account. Your first deposit will then unlock a 150% welcome bonus.

Yes, you can update your email, phone number, and password from the Settings section after logging in. To change your name or date of birth, please contact our support team.

KYC is an identity verification process. You may be required to upload a photo of your national ID or passport before making large withdrawals or if any suspicious activity is detected on your account.

Login & Security

On the Login page Enter your mobile number, email, or username along with your password. Click the "Log In" button and you'll be taken straight to your dashboard.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use it to set a new password. The entire process takes under a minute.

Entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will automatically lock your account for 15–30 minutes. If it's urgent, contact us via support email.

Log in and go to your profile settings. You'll find the 2FA option under the "Security" tab. Enable it with your mobile number, and from then on you'll need an OTP every time you log in.

Yes, you can log in from multiple devices, but for security we recommend keeping only one active session at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically end your previous session.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Odds are a numerical representation of the probability of winning. For example, odds of 2.0 mean a 100 BDT bet returns 200 BDT if you win. Higher odds mean greater risk but a higher potential reward.

Live betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds shift moment to moment, so you can watch how things unfold and bet strategically.
